Prospect and Inquiry Data Loads for Recruitment Staff

This form is designed to collect and create requests for prospect and inquiry information to be submitted to the Salesforce CRM team. Data submitted to this form must follow a certain file layout:


1) Recruiter Card - which can be clicking the "recruiter card template" below.

2) NACAC - These are provided post-fair and should require no manipulation on the Recruiter's part

3) StriveScan - Similar to NACAC, these are provided post-fair and should require no manipulation on the Recruiter's part

Note: A feature has been added where you can add multiple files. If you have multiple StriveScan files, please make sure to add them all to the form instead of combining them into a single spreadsheet. Thank you.

Data Load - StriveScan
Note: Strive Scan files have different collected data and, as a result, have different column headers. 
The way in which the files are processed requires them to remain in their unmodified, separate csv files. Since you may receive multiple, differently-formatted files for a single event, this form has been updated to allow for multiple files to be attached. Please utilize this functionality when providing StriveScan files.
